Boxing Day

 After another late night, my early run turned into a 12:30 start! Ran from KL to Bletchley 27.9 miles. Tried drinking Lucazade Sport as my hydration during the run, failed it made me more thirsty after each mouthful! At 22 miles I found a shop open and got plain water, much better and last 6 miles much better also. I have to find a better way to get carbs during the run that is not in my drink and I do not eat as that makes me sick! Touch!
