Very busy day, struggling for time to run!
7am gym work, calf's tight after cross country so 4 sets of calf raises 20 on each, press ups, sit ups and stretches then 35 minutes interval work out on tread mill total 4.2 miles. Stretch off and warm down, total time 55 minutes.
