Did not get time to run 1st thing! Went out at 12:45 Ran along A41 and joined canal at Hunton Bridge. Ran to Cassiobury Park, round park and back up through woods and West Herts Golf Course, along the back of the Grove and down to Langlebury Church and back home. 8.5 miles 1hr 13mins. Did not have time to do further, did not fancy the run at all but glad I did it.
