Day 28 - Training Blog 21st January 2013

After a good weekend I decided on a short steady run with my daughter. Nothing to do with the freezing weather. All good, 6.5k through the woods, golf course and Cassiobury park as normal. No pit stop for India which was good and a very enjoyable morning run in the park complete in 44 minutes. Good stretch off then back home and on with the day. Intended to go in the evening but lacked enthusiasm after I fell asleep at 6pm!
