16th Nov - very hectic day, got to Cliffs house at 1pm. Drove to Studham church parked and ran from there to Ashridge through fields on the Chiltern Way, through Ashridge golf course and down to Aldbury, back up to the Ashridge side and down through beautiful countryside to the Cow Roast. We headed up the hill towards Wiggington, under the A41 and up the steep path through the woods to Wiggington Bottom. We followed the road past Champneys towards Cholsberry. We then headed towards the Rossway estate coming out at the top of Shooters Way then down Durrants Hill and back to Berkhamsted. 13.5 miles found it tough, left thigh still very sore from Monday.
