Met Cliff at his house in Berko at 7am. We ran along the canal to Bletchley going through again great countryside. Left thigh took a time to get going but was ok. Enjoyed the run felt good apart from very thirsty during the last few miles. 23 miles in 3:43. Got a lovely coffee at Bletchly station and got the train back to Berko
