Met Tony at my house, took the dogs in the old truck up to Whipendale Woods. We set off on our normal run round the woods and golf coarse and into Cassobury Park then back through woods to car park. 5.9 miles. On the way round we met a Watford Jogger setting up markers for a 5 mile cross country run at 11am. I asked if I could join in, he said no prob you have to register by 10:30. Finished the run with Tony then signed up for 5 mile cross country. Completed the run in 36'12", felt great, enjoyed both runs.
