Light training day, evening gym session, 8.5 miles on the treadmill starting 4 min walk then run 1min @ 5.5 mph, increase to 6 for 1min, increase to 6.5 for 1min, increase to 7 for 1min then back to 5.5 for 1 min. Repeat increases but start @ 6.5 increase as before for 4 mins then back down to 5.5. And so on increasing by .5 each time. Good interval stamina training. Felt great afterwards.
