Ran from Kings Langley, along the canal to Rickmansworth turned off the canal and ran along the old railway towards Watford and Moore Park, wheels fell off at this bit and had a real fight to keep going! Went through Watford and out towards Aldenham. Ran through Mundon House grounds and up towards Radlet past Bricket Wood into St Albans. Lights on heads at this point, really struggling through St Albans and Chiswell Green. Went through lanes towards Leverstock Green, turned left at the Holly Bush pub, under the M1 motorway. Found 2nd wind and motored up Anger Lane to Bedmond. Legs dead running through Bedmond, down hill to Kings Langley, pushed through Village to finish. 25 miles very tough but felt good after.
