Met at Cliffs in Berko, ran along canal towards Kings Langley, going through Hemel. Got off Canal at Nash Mills behind the Red Lion. Went along the back road to Hyde Lane, up Hyde Lane, very long! To Bedmond, down Aggar Lane towards St albans, right at the Holly Bush pub to Chiswell Green. Seemed to go on forever! Turned left to St Albans and followed through to St Albans station. Could not believe it was only 13 miles! Followed back the way we came found it very hard especially running past my house with 7 miles still to run! 26 miles, 4'20"
