Day 82 - Training Blog 16th March 2013

Planned to run a steady marathon today. Up long good breakfast, weather terrible, head not keen! Left it until mid morning, put it off until 12 noon, long one short did not run! Felt tired and thought a days rest would be better! Finchley 20 mile race tomorrow, hopefully a better day.
