Saturday 10th Dec -Up early, 30 mins in Gym and set off for run at 5:45am very well wrapped up. Ran to Hemel through Kings Langley and Apsley to magic roundabout, absolutely freezing! Up duel carriageway towards M1, turned left into Maylands Avenue, past my old place of work Lucas, now flattened! To the end, up to Grove Hill, down to the Marchmont and up to Gadebridge. Started to get lighter and it got colder! I am having trouble staying warm during a long run! I had ice breaker thermals on plus sweat shirt under a running jacket. I get hot for the first hour then the sweat gets cold as I seem to get used to the pace of running? Any suggestions welcome, all I can think of is to get faster and faster as the run goes on, not a great plan! Anyway ran down to Warners End,  down to Hemel station and back along old A41 to Kings Langley and home. 2hrs and 2mins aprox 15 miles, sat nav watch ran out of juice at 13 miles! Felt great afterwards, knees sore still! Putting down to weather.
