Up early, legs tight and sore and no time to run! Horrible outbreak of work again!

6pm Met Mark Jewel at my house for a Half'ish Marathon. Mark is running the London Marathon, his first, for Framework Foundation raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust. Freezing cold and now raining we set off towards Hemel. Very enjoyable steady run to Hemel train station..., up to Chaulden, Warners End and Gadebridge. Down to Piccotts End, up to Grove Hill, across Maylands Avenue and down St Albans Hill and back to Kings Langley. Felt pooped in the latter stages but pleased to get another long'ish run under my belt. 25k complete in 2'03" good stretch off and warm down then another very very hot bath! Can't get it right at the moment! Now watching last 20 minutes of the United game, good result, with ice on my legs, partly for my injuries and partly to cool me down!
