Day 50 - Training Blog 12th February 2013
Feeling a bit better this morning, up normal routine and out for a run at the woods. Cold and wet but enjoyable 6.9k, 34 minute run with the dogs. Legs still tight so good 15 minute stretch off and home for hot shower and good breakfast.
Busy day, quick warm up and kit on and off to the club for 7pm. All of us still a bit sore from the weekend, no change... in planned session though, 1.5mile run to start of 14no 250m hill sprints! Very tough but we all worked together and kept consistent times with vince also pushing the pace back down on each recovery run! Good push on the way back to the club. Overall time of session 1'01" and 12k covered. Quick cup of tea and the return of the Jaffa Cake's at the club then home for pancakes, all good and healthy!
