Monday 13th February

Tried to run, shin hurt from the start, got worse, stopped at 5k, went to Hospital, muscle to the outside of my shin still has infection, not too bad but another 8 Days of Antibiotics, can run while taking them, rest today and probably tomorrow. Nothing more to say, I came here to run and when I am running again I will start my reports again. I need to get my head down and arse up and work hard to get going again. I hope to report soon.
