 Up late after yet another late night working on preparations for setting off on our journey to Portugal on Monday afternoon.  I think it is all in the head but my ankle pain came back along with my knee, hip and foot pain!

Got ready and went to Whippendale Woods with my dogs, I only had time for a short run so went round the 3.3 mile circuit. Started very slow but picked up and a fast finish. 25' 23". Felt great after.

Very busy day followed trying to get all camera's, satnav watches and laptops working and more to the point, me understanding how they work!
