Up early started run at 5:45. Ran through Kings Langley High St, Apsley and into Hemel. Ran to Magic Roundabout and back along Lawn Lane back to Nash Mills and up through Kings Langley High St and home. Best time of the day to run but freezing cold. 9 miles 1hr 1min, good time knees ached again!
