Woke up after late night at Charity function, looked forward to waking up feeling good as for the first time ever I had no alcohol at a works do! Actually felt crap, woke up with a head cold, sore throat and aching from head to foot!
Very light 40 mins in Gym. I am struggling to run every day! Six weeks to go to the start, hope I can get a good few continuous days running in!
