 Ached alot from circuits! Worked in gym, very good stretch and warm up, 40 mins on treadmill interval walking to sprinting plus warm down. Sit ups, press ups and more stretching for 15 mins.

Had a leg massage at Andy's, IT Band very tight on right leg, 40 minute ice session to finish.

Looking forward to a nice 5 miler in the morning to keep legs going.
