 Felt good after the 32 yesterday, knees ok. No road running until Sunday, just gym interval training and circuits.  Very busy day trying to get all things ready, so trained at 6pm with Ed and Chris at the Health Hub in Northbridge Road, just down from our offices.

10 minute warm up, 30 minute interval work out from 5.5mph to 12 mph, 5 incline to 1, 5 minute warm. 20 minute Power Plate, pull ups, sit ups and stretches. Good little work out.
