Day 12 - Training Blog 5th January 2013

Nothing doing! Very sore all over from the circuits and very, very sore and stiff lower back! Iced on and off from lunch time to 10:30pm, with the odd hot bath thrown in for good measure. Due to go to my friend, Andy Brown's 50th! I wanted to go so decided I should go, struggled to get ready, got there at 11:15 as it was all coming to an end! Sorry Andy but great to see you and all the family again even if it was hello, goodbye. All the best in Cyprus. Back home at 12:55am more ice and bed at gone 2am!
