Day 11 - Training Blog 4th January 2013

Very bad night, lower back killing me! Rest day planned. Due to run with Tony at 7:15 up at Whippendell. Up late! Struggled to get ready, steady but painful 6.5k in 41 minutes, attempted stretch off, gave up! Back home and iced back! Nothing else planned so hoping for a swift recovery. Rang Andy at Premier Osteopathy, 6:15 only time available. Problem diagnosed as, an ilio-lumbar ligament strain! Not too serious but quite restrictive. Anyway good general deep tissue massage endured and back home for more ice!
