14 days to start!!! Stil panicking that I have not done enough training. Only gym work out but very good one. General body work and stretches, the treadmill interval work out. 4 minute walk at 3.6 mph on 5 incline, then increasing interval training for 26 minutes from 5.5 mph to 13mph with varying incline, then 5 minute cool down.
Very tough 4.2 miles needed a good aerobic blast.
