Trying to work out what to eat and drink during and after running.  The only thing I can manage while running is water, so I am sticking with that at the moment. I think electrolyte jelly is my preferred way of ensuring I keep my levels of nutrients up during running. I am corresponding with Dr Ricardo Costa from Coventry University regarding correct nutrients before, during and after running. So much to learn, I thought I could just get fit and away I go!
