Up early, still amused about last night but not about my calf! Physio workout planned with Joel Llande of Body Management this afternoon. Busy day with no running, calf feeling sort of ok. Physio workout session endured, calf not feeling so ok! Diagnosis, slight tear/scar tissue, treatment painful massage, ice and calf raises to build strength. Joel also noticed weak muscle in quad around left knee. More squats, less running! Now icing and hoping for a quick recovery and new training plan to be established tomorrow! As long as I don't panic and resort to the bottle, it will be ok!
